RELATIONSHIP OF ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS TO ACADEMIC WORK IN TEACHING AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL AT BAN PHROM MANEE SCHOOL, LAO KHWAN DISTRICT, KANCHANABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aims to 1) to study the level of administrative skills 2) to study at the academic level in teaching and learning management 3) To study the relationship of administrative skills to academic work in teaching and learning management of educational personnel at Ban Phrommanee School, Lao Khwan District, Kanchanaburi Province. This population was 30 educational personnel at Ban Phrom Manee School. The instrument used was a questionnaire. data analysis Finding Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and find a relationship by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient The results of the research found that most of the respondents were female, 18 people under 30 years old, 25 people with bachelor's degree, with average monthly income of 10,000 -20,000 baht, 18 people.1) Overall management skills were at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was technical skills, followed by interpersonal skills, and the last was conceptual skills.2) Overall academic work in teaching and learning management at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was the preparation of the learning plan, followed by the teaching supervision. in terms of measuring and evaluating learning outcomes And the last place is in the selection of innovative media and learning technology.3) The relationship of administrative skills towards academic work in teaching and learning management of educational personnel at Ban Phrom Manee School, Lao Khwan District, Kanchanaburi Province. Overall, the positive relationship was at a moderate level. statistically significant at 0.01 level.
