ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS AFFECTING ACADEMIC WORK OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNELSAHAO SAM IN SCHOOL, WATTHANA DISTRICT, BANGKOK

Abstract

This research aims to 1) to study the management level 2) to study the academic level and 3) to study the relationship between administrative factors affecting academic work of educational personnel at Surao Sam-in School, Wattana District, Bangkok. This population was 35 educational personnel at Surao Sam In School. The instrument used was a questionnaire. data analysis Finding Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and find a relationship by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient. The results showed that most of them were female, 18 people under 30 years old, 17 people had a bachelor's degree, and had an average monthly income of 15,000 -20,000 baht, 19 people.1) Management as a whole is at a high level.
