PEOPLE'S PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC SERVICE ADMINISTRATION OF KHU BANG LUANG SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION LAT LUM KAEO DISTRICT PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

A Study on people's participation in Public Service Administration of Khu Bang Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Lat Lum Kaeo District Pathum Thani Province The objectives of this study were to study and compare the participation of the people in the provision of public services of the Khu Bang Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Lat Lum Kaeo District Pathum Thani Province The population used in this research were people in the area of Khu Bang Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Lat Lum Kaeo District Pathum Thani Province, aged 18 years and over, of 4,333 people. The sample size was determined using Taro Yamane's formula for determining the value. A total of 367 people were sampled. Data were collected by using a questionnaire as a study tool. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing was performed using F-test and the difference of the mean pair was analyzed by LSD Analysis. (Least Significant Difference Analysis). Most of the respondents Aged from 41-50 years of age, 116 people, representing 33.24%, have educational levels below a bachelor's degree, 225 people, representing 64.47%, have incomes from 5,001 to 10,000 baht, 135 people, representing 38.68%, are employees of private companies. of 86 people, representing 24.64 percent. People's participation in public service administration of Khu Bang Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Lat Lum Kaeo District Pathum Thani Province overall is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the aspect of utilization, followed by the aspect of monitoring and evaluation. Policy setting and the aspect with the lowest mean was the practice aspect, a comparative study of the difference of people's participation in public service administration of Khu Bang Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Lat Lum Kaeo District Pathum Thani Province Classified by personal factors, it was found that age, education level, occupation and income had no statistically significant effect on the level of community development needs.
