THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS AMPHOE KAENG HANG MAEO,CHANTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the development of primary school teachers Kaeng Maeo Chanthaburi The sample used in this study are primary school teachers. Amphoe Kaeng Hang Maeo,Chanthaburi Province2558 academic year, A sample was selected from 200 teachers of primary school Kaeng Maeo Chanthabur. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The education and development of the document related research and advisor’s advice for accuracy prior to data collection. The statistics used in this study consists of the percentage (%), mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.). The study found that 1. All 200 respondents, mostly female 114 representing 57.0 percent, 86 were male accounted for 43.0 percent. According to the work experience 5-10 years, 89 for 44.5 percent, minor 11-20 years were 57 for 28.5 percent and less than five years, the number of 54, representing 27.0 percent of the size of a medium schools (students 121-300 employees) were 84 of 42.0 percent, followed by large size school (301 or more students) of 82 people, representing 41.0 percent and small size school (less than 121 students), 34 of 17.0 percent. 2.
