RELATIONSHIP OF LEADERSHIP STYLE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL AT BAN CHAENG NGAM SCHOOL, DON TUM DISTRICT, NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of leadership of educational institute administrators. 2) to study the level of effectiveness of academic administration and 3) To study the level of relationship between the leadership style of the school administrators and the effectiveness of the academic administration of the educational personnel at Ban Chaeng Ngam School, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province. This population was 30 educational personnel at Ban Chaeng Ngam School. The instrument used was a questionnaire. data analysis Finding Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation and find a relationship by Pearsion’s product correlation coefficient The results showed that Most of the respondents were female, 16 people, aged 30-40 years, 20 people, bachelor's degree, 23 people, 15 people with work experience less than 10 years.1) The overall leadership of the executives is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the first place was supportive leadership, followed by success-oriented leadership. participatory leadership and the last place is command leadership 2) The overall academic management effectiveness was at a high level. When considering each item, it was found that the first place was curriculum development, followed by learning process development.
