Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study culture and motivations affecting loyalty to the organization: a case study of Thongsuk College by studying the population of 60 Thongsuk College personnel by using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data and analyze data with descriptive statistics. These are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results showed that hierarchical culture and motivation needs, engagement and need for power had a statistically significant positive effect on organizational loyalty at the 0.05 level of significance. All independent variables were able to share Determine the loyalty of the organization at 75.52%, to the organization 63.70%.
