The research aims to 1) study the level of participation 2) study the level of learning management 3) To study the relationship between participation in learning management of educational personnel at Phu Kradueng Wittayakom School. Phu Kradueng District, Loei Province. The samples used in this research were a total of 226 educational personnel were obtained by defining the sample size from Craigie and Morgan's table. The tool used was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were: Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results showed that Most of the respondents were 116 females, 126 bachelor's degree levels, 167 employed workers/farmers.1) Participation Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the first rank was participation, responsibility and mutual benefit, followed by participation in decision-making. And the last rank is the participation in the evaluation.2) Learning Management Overall, it was at a high level. when considering side by side It was found that the first rank was the behavioral aspect, followed by the important competency aspect of the learners. And the last one is knowledge.3) The relationship between participation in learning management of educational personnel at Phu Kradueng Wittayakom School. Phu Kradueng District, Loei Province. Overall, the positive correlation was at a moderate level. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
