GUIDELINES FOR WORKING DEVELOPMENT IN ACCORDING TOTHE PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN KAPONG DISTRICT, PHANG NGA PROVINCEMS

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the professional ethical behavior of school administrators in Kapong District, Phang Nga Province, and 2) to compare the professional ethical behavior of school administrators in Kapong District, Phang Nga Province. It was quantitative research. The samples used in this research were 106 school administrators and school teachers in Kapong District, Phang Nga Province, Academic Year 2020. The researcher determined the sample size by opening the ready-made tables of Craig C and Morgan. After that, samples were taken with a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling) to find the proportion of each school. The instrument used for data collection in this research was the 31-item 5-level Licurt assessment scale questionnaires with a score of conformance in the range of 0.67-1.00 and the confidence value of the whole version was 0.98. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analyzed by testing the values.
