MANAGEMENT AND PEOPLE'S PARTICIPATION IN WASTE MANAGEMENT OF DAN KHUN THOT SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION DAN KHUN THOT DISTRICT NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study waste management of Tambon Administrative Organizations, 2) to study people's participation in waste management of Tambon Administrative Organizations. 3) to study the relationship between waste management and people's participation in solid waste management of Dan Khun Thot Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Dan Khun Thot District Nakhon Ratchasima Province People who use the waste collection service living in Dan Khun Thot Sub-district Dan Khun Thot District Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 9,022 people were randomly stratified by proportional sampling. A sample group of 400 samples was used as a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation. Analyze the correlation coefficient. The results of the research were as follows: 1. Waste management of Dan Khun Thot Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Dan Khun Thot District Nakhon Ratchasima Province The overall picture was at a high level, with waste management tools and waste disposal points. have the highest average followed by Public relations and service procedures. 2. People's participation in waste management of Dan Khun Thot Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Dan Khun Thot District Nakhon Ratchasima Province The overall picture is at a high level. In terms of co-operation (abandonment behavior participating in activities and complying with the requirements of the Sub-district Administrative Organization) with the highest average followed by Cooperation to solve waste collection problems of Sub-district Administrative Organizations and the reduction of solid waste. 3.
