FACTORS PROMOTING GENERAL ADMINISTRATION IN STUDENT AFFAIRS OF TEACHERS AT NATKRITTA KINDERGARTEN (PRAEW WITTHAYA), KAMPHAENG SAEN DISTRICT, NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the level of factors promoting general administration in student affairs and to apply the results obtained from this study. Propose the school administrators as a guideline for the development of student affairs at Natkritta Kindergarten (Praewwittaya), Kamphaeng Saen District. Nakhon Pathom Province in 4 areas, namely student affairs administration. Promotion and development of students to have discipline, morality, ethics, operation of the student support system and assessment of student affairs performance. The population used in the study was the population used in this study, which was 59 teachers. The statistical questionnaire used to analyze the data consisted of percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study found that most of the respondents were female, aged 30-40 years, with a bachelor's degree. and has 10-20 years of teaching experience. Factors promoting general administration in student affairs of Natkritta Kindergarten (Praewwittaya) school teachers, Kamphaengsaen District Nakhon Pathom Province Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest level of opinion was the aspect of student affairs administration, followed by the aspect of the evaluation of student affairs performance. The operation of the student support system And the last place is the promotion and development of students to have discipline, morality and ethics.
