DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES FOR THE ROYAL THAI ARMED FORCES HEADQUARTERS

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) study the organizational management of the Royal Thai Army Headquarters. 2) Analyze the organization management of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters. 3) Present the development of the organization management guidelines of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters using qualitative research. Key informants include executives, military officers, and soldiers involved in the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, totaling 25 persons. The research tools used were interview forms. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis. The research results found that: 1) The organization management of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters includes promoting work performance according to position, using budgets economically, cost-effectively, transparently, and verifiably, and appropriately applying the work model according to the New Way of Life approach. 2) Analyze the organization management of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters in terms of planning, helping the Royal Thai Armed Forces respond to threats that are constantly changing. In terms of organization, dividing work according to expertise creates flexibility and accuracy in operations. In terms of command, encouraging personnel to continuously learn and develop themselves. In terms of coordination, continuously adapting and developing, and using modern communication technology. In terms of control, encouraging personnel at all levels to participate in control will help reduce possible risks. 3) Development of the organization management guidelines of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters in terms of control, setting clear goals, and continuously measuring performance. In terms of internal control, it is a key factor in driving change. In terms of command and control, developing a modern and efficient command and control system to support operations in the current era. In terms of supervision, Focus on developing a strong governance system with the aim of preventing corruption and creating a good corporate culture
