Abstract

The rapid growth of live commerce on TikTok Live has significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly in the fashion clothing category where products cannot be physically examined or tried on prior to purchase. This situation creates uncertainty and perceived risk that may influence purchasing decisions. Therefore, understanding the factors affecting purchasing decisions in this context is essential. This study aimed to (1) examine the online marketing mix and (2) investigate trust affecting purchasing decisions for fashion clothing via TikTok Live in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. The sample consisted of 385 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was an online questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that all six dimensions of the online marketing mix had a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the 0.01 level of statistical significance, ranked from highest to lowest influence as follows: place, personalization, privacy, product, promotion, and price, reflecting the importance of accessibility and continuity in the purchasing process. Meanwhile, four dimensions of trust had a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the 0.01 level of statistical significance, ranked as commitment, care, convenience, and problem-solving, indicating the critical role of credibility and seller responsiveness in reducing perceived risk. Therefore, entrepreneurs should develop user-friendly purchasing channels and enhance trust through transparent information and product guarantees in order to improve purchasing decision effectiveness in the context of live commerce
