Abstract
The purposes of this research are 1) study the servant leadership of school administrator in the 21st century 2) study the student care and support system of school 3) study the servant leadership of school administrator in the 21st century affecting the student care and support system of school and 4) studied guidelines for developing the servant leadership of school administrator in the 21st century affecting the student care and support system of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. The sample consisted of 127, 3 Qualitative Interviewee school administrator under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat in the 2024 academic year. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. The item-objective congruence (IOC) index was 1.00, and the overall reliability coefficient was .938. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research finding were as follow : 1) The Servant Leadership of School Administrator in the 21st Century, the aspect with the highest average was building community. 2) The Student Care and Support System of School, the aspect with the highest average was knowing students individually. 3) The Servant Leadership of School Administrator in the 21st Century Affecting The Student Care and Support System of School, overall, it was found that there was a positive relationship. which was statistically significant at the .01 level. and 4) Guidelines for developing The Servant Leadership of School Administrator in the 21st Century Affecting The Student Care and Support System of School, it was found that Administrators should open up a space to listen to teachers with the student support system to be concrete
