Abstract
The research entitled Guidelines for Resource Mobilization Management of Small-Sized Schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office. The objective of this research was to study and establish guidelines for resource mobilization management of small-sized schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office to ensure quality and sustainable educational management. This study employed a qualitative research approach, with nine key informants purposively selected, consisting of educational administrators, school directors, and expert teachers from small-sized schools. The research instruments included semi-structured interviews, and data were analyzed using content analysis. Subsequently, the draft guidelines were verified for appropriateness through a confirmation form, with quantitative data analyzed using frequency and percentage. The findings revealed that the resource mobilization management guidelines comprise three key areas. 1) Material and Technology Resources Focusing on establishing collaboration networks with the private sector and the community to support information technology (IT), sharing resources within educational quality development networks, and organizing fundraising activities, such as educational 'Pha-Pa' (forest robe offerings), while coordinating with private organizations and other agencies. 2) Human Resources Emphasizing the mobilization of volunteers and local wisdom experts, strategically rotating or allocating existing teaching staff to address the shortage of janitors and administrative officers, and strengthening relationships with school boards to encourage participation in learning activities and administrative support. 3) Financial Resources and Budgeting Prioritizing systematic fundraising activities, ensuring transparency in donation management, and seeking supplementary budget support from local administrative organizations. The evaluation and verification by experts confirmed that all three areas of the guidelines are appropriate, feasible, and practical for implementation. These guidelines serve as a vital mechanism for driving small-sized schools to effectively overcome resource limitations
