EVALUATION OF THE MORAL AND ETHICAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS AT RAJAPRAJANUGROH 37 SCHOOL, KRABI PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aimed to evaluate the morality and ethics promotion project for students at Rajaprajanugroh 37 Krabi School by using the CIPP Model evaluation, 1) context 2) input 3) process and 4) product. The evaluation results will be used as a guideline to develop and improve the effectiveness of activities promoting ethics and morality. This is an evaluative research study. The key stakeholders for the evaluation consisted of 2 school administrators, 5 members of the Basic Education School Board, 24 teachers and educational personnel, and 234 students from grades 4 to 12, totaling 265 people. The instrument used was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire that had Content validity verified by experts and reliability tested using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were the mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). The research results showed that the overall evaluation of the morality and ethics promotion project was at the High level. When considering each aspect, it was found that: 1) The context aspect showed a high level of consistency (
= 4.48), with the project objectives aligning with the school's policy and the actual problems. 2) The input factors aspect. The appropriateness level was very high (
= 4.75), especially regarding the readiness of personnel and the budget supporting the operation. 3) In terms of process, the appropriateness was at a high level (
= 4.40), with systematic implementation following the quality cycle (PDCA). And 4) In terms of outcome, the appropriateness was at a high level (
= 4.20), with students demonstrating a clear improvement in desirable moral and ethical behavior. The evaluation results reflect that the project has achieved its goals and should be continued for the sustainable development of desirable characteristics of students in welfare schools.
