A STUDY OF THE COMPONENTS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USE IN LEARNING MANAGEMENT AMONG PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

This research aimed to study and validate the components of artificial intelligence utilization for learning management among primary school teachers. Documentary research and expert interviews were employed. The data sources consisted of 20 relevant academic documents, research articles, and scholarly articles published between 2016 and 2024, together with five experts who were purposively selected based on their knowledge, expertise, or experience in artificial intelligence, digital technology, learning management, teacher development, and educational measurement and evaluation. The research instruments were a document analysis form and a semi - structured interview form. Data were analyzed using content analysis, categorization, component synthesis, frequency distribution, and expert validation. The selection criterion required each component to appear in at least 10 sources, or 50 percent of all data sources. The findings revealed that artificial intelligence utilization for learning management among primary school teachers consisted of five components and 25 behavioral indicators:
1) learning management planning using artificial intelligence, identified in 17 sources, accounting for 85 percent; 2) instructional media and learning innovation production using artificial intelligence, identified in 18 sources, accounting for 90 percent; 3) learning activity management using artificial intelligence, identified in 15 sources, accounting for 75 percent; 4) learning measurement and evaluation using artificial intelligence, identified in 14 sources, accounting for 70 percent; and 5) ethics and safety in the use of artificial intelligence, identified in 17 sources, accounting for 85 percent. The component with the highest frequency was instructional media and learning innovation production using artificial intelligence. The expert interviews confirmed that all five components were appropriate, comprehensive in covering the learning management process of primary school teachers, and applicable as a framework for teacher development and the further development of research instruments
