APPLYING THE KING'S PHILOSOPHY AND THE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY TO THE LEARNING ORGANIZATION: THE CASE STUDIES OF KITCHAKUTWITTAYA SCHOOL AND BANSUBCHAROEN SCHOOL, CHANTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

          The purposes of this article were to: 1) study the situation of building a learning community of professional learning, 2) synthesize the factors affecting to being a learning organization, and 3) study the guidelines to applying the King's philosophy and the Professional Learning Community towards learning organization. The study was qualitative research by document data analysis, using tool of in - depth interview, focus group discussion by selecting a specific sample group of informant such: school administrators, teachers on the process of learning community towards learning organization total 20 persons to content analysis and conclusion. The research was found that: 1) situation of building a learning community of professional learning consists of 3 elements (1 .1) administrative leadership change, academic leadership, and preparation to drive the construction of learning community, 1.2) Collaborative learning is an effective team ability, team system , and (1.3) Teachers' learning and communication will bring about the achievement of building a learning community and carry out learning and communication, 2) factors affecting the organization of professional learning consisted of 2 aspects: (2.1) goals, organizational management, student teachers, educational personnel, and (2.2) understanding, understanding of the learning organization concept and applying it to is consistent with the school context and learning together professionally. And 3) Approaches to applying the King's science The strategy was bestowed on “Understanding, Accessing, Developing” with the professional learning community to become a learning organization where everyone participates in the development. And focus on common interests and achieve common goals The development of norms and practices (Norm) for sustainability.
