Abstract

            The objectives of this research article were to 1) to study the methods of using herbs for post - natal fire with folk knowledge 2) to study the problem condition of using herbs for post-natal fire with folk knowledge 3) Guidelines for promoting herbs for postpartum fire with folk knowledge using a qualitative research methodology. The results of the research found that 1) The method of using herbs for postpartum fire with folk knowledge found that the steps are as follows: 1) Massage process with herbal oils, Which contains a mixture of raisins, coconut oil, menthol, etc. 2) The process of bringing the herbal compress ball prepared compress on various body points. 3) The process of crushing the salt pot with herbs which are wrapped in cloth and spices, after which it applied to various parts of the body 4) final step After giving birth, the person under fire will enter the tent to bake herbs for about 15 minutes, two rounds, then the process is over. 2) The problem condition of using herbs for postpartum fire with folk knowledge found that there were the following problems: 1) Body odor problem. 2) to study the problem of herbs which are ingredients. Often there is a shortage of some types. 3) The process of staying power is complicated. therefore unable to comply with the specified time 4) The people in the fire need to adapt and must have high patience. 3) Methods for promoting the use of herbs for postpartum fire with folk knowledge found that 1) Support knowledge exchange both people in the community and those who are interested; 2) it is passed on from generation to generation; 3) research is promoted. and develop a body of knowledge on herbs.
