Abstract

This thesis is a qualitative research study aimed at studying Problem condition of safety issues in the workplace of a service technician. A Case Study Nakhon Piya Konlakan Co., Ltd. Haotanon Branch Nai Mueang Sub-District Mueang District Nakhon Si  Thammarat Province. And study to Solutions to safety issues in the workplace of a service technician. A Case Study Nakhon Piya Konlakan Co., Ltd. Haotanon Branch Nai Mueang Sub-District Mueang District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The primary data provider is the employee in Nakhon Piya Konlakan Co., Ltd. Haotanon Branch. Total 11 persons. The secondary data provider is the people involved. Total 5 persons. The Data collection tool is an in-depth interview and analysis of descriptive data. The research found that ; Problem condition of safety issues in the workplace of a service technician are as follows 1) A person's condition is caused by negligence, lack of knowledge, expertise, and lack of understanding at work. 2) Behavior problems in the workplace This is due to non-compliance with improper dress regulations and lack of discipline in the work. 3) Machine problem Condition Due to lack of maintenance, care of tools and equipment in use. And 4) Working Environment problems It is not conducive to work, such as laying of materials and equipment, does not organize the lighting that is unsuitable for work. From the above problems. Find a suggestion of Solutions to safety issues in the workplace of a service technician. The five areas: 1) training to educate and raise awareness about safety 2) Assign roles, duties, and responsibilities 3) Placement, regulatory requirements, or security agreements 4) Monitoring and performance monitoring
