CREPE RUBBER: PROCESSING OF RUBBER PRODUCTS. A CASE STUDY LAN KHOI COMMUNITY MOO. 3 LAN KHOI SUB-DISTRICT PA PHAYOM DISTRICT PHATTHALUNG PROVINCE THAILAND

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were to: 1) study the process of processing para rubber products, 2) study the problematic conditions in the processing of para rubber products, and 3) study the guidelines for promoting the processing of para rubber products: a case study of Lan Khoi Community, Village No. 3, Lan Khoi Subdistrict, Pa Phayom District. Phatthalung Province Qualitative research methodology was used in this sample population of 399 households by selecting 4 households because they were able to remember. The research instruments were 1) interview form 2) observation form 3) DVR  4). voice recorder The results of the research were as follows: 1) Processing of para rubber products found that there were 1.1) The equipment consisted of machinery, workers, buckets, gloves, rubber lubricants, loaders, tractors, And pickup trucks for transportation. Or electric motor 1.2) Crepe rubber making process Start by turning on the crepe rubber press. Put the rubber cubes in a bowl and pour it with rubber casting liquid. and then fed into the rolling machine into crepe rubber. Therefore, it was completed according to the process.              2) Problems in the processing of para rubber products found that 2.1) the problem of low rubber prices 2.2) the problem of odor affecting people in the community 3) the problem of waste water, the water flowing from the rubber crepe making water 3) Approaches to promote the process of processing of para rubber products found that 3.1) guidelines to promote low rubber prices.
