Abstract

The results of the research found that 1) The quality of salak fruits deteriorated quickly. Moreover, the bark of the fruit has sharp thorns and is not convenient for consumption. 2) Some fruits of the fruit are not desired by the market, such as fruit that has fallen out of grade and is left over and rotten in the market.
