THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION MODEL FOR PROMOTING WORKING AND OCCUPATION FOR STUDENTS BASED ON THE ROYAL EDUCATIONAL POLICIES OF HIS MAJESTY KING RAMA 10 FOLLOWING DPSS MODEL ANGTHONGPATTANA SCHOOL (THE GOVERNMENT LOTTERY OFFICE 4)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were; 1) To study the components of educational administration model for promoting working and occupation for students based on the Royal educational policies of His Majesty King Rama 10 following DPSS model Angthongpattana school (The government lottery office 4), 2) To create the model, 3) To try out the model, and 4) to evaluate the model. This research was R&D research. Mixed Methods methodology were applied as collecting data for 4 phrases by following 4 steps of the purposes of this research. Populations were 116, 122 and 119 students in 8 activities in academic year 2564, 2565, 2566 arranged in order. And teachers as advisor 8 activities were 12, 12 and 12 teachers in academic year 2564, 2565, 2566 arranged in order. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: 1) The components of educational administration model for promoting working and occupation for students based on the Royal educational policies of His Majesty King Rama 10 following DPSS model Angthongpattana school (The government lottery office 4) were the objectives of the model, the factors of successfully administration, the processes of administration and the results of administration. 2) The results of trying-out studying in academic year 2564 found that the levels of characteristics in working and occupation, and the level of the teachers' performance followed the DPSS model were at the high level. 3) The results of studying in academic year 2565 and 2566 found that the levels of characteristics in working and occupation of students, the level of the teachers' performance followed the DPSS model were at the highest level. 4) The results of DPSS model evaluation were at the highest level
