CHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP IN THE BANI ERA AND THE APPLICATION OF KALANAMITTA-DHAMMA TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY QUALITY OF LIFE

Abstract

This article aims to present the role of faith-based leadership in the BANI era and how the application of the principle of Kalyanamitra can enhance the quality of life in communities toward sustainability in various aspects as follows: 1) Faith-based Leadership: Concepts and Roles in the BANI World: 1.1) Faith-based leadership, 1.2) Having a vision that broadens the perspective, identifying opportunities and challenges, 1.3) Being a responsible leader in developing and creating sustainable value, 1.4) Creativity in problem-solving and proposing solutions, 1.5) Building trust and fostering teamwork, with the ability to inspire confidence and adapt collaborative approaches, 1.6) Adaptability and continuous learning, showing flexibility in response to circumstances and learning from experiences to improve oneself and the organization. 2) Quality of Life and Community Development toward Sustainability: 2.1) The concept of quality of life, 2.2) Community development toward sustainability, and 2.3) The importance of a strong community. and 3) Application of Kalyanamitra Principles in Promoting Quality of Life for Sustainable Communities: 3.1) Teaching, promoting understanding, and learning of Kalyanamitra principles, 3.2) Supporting and fostering determination, encouraging the community to be committed and eager to follow Kalyanamitra principles, 3.3) Creating a positive environment, establishing a setting that supports development and learning, 3.4) Promoting values and good behaviors, encouraging the community to follow the principles of Kalyanamitra, and 3.5) Strengthening potential and resilience, enhancing the community's mental and physical strength to tackle challenges and ensure long-term sustainability.
