APPLICATION OF SYSTEM CONCEPT TO OBEC AWARDS EXCELLENT SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS, HEALTHY SCHOOL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT, BANTARUANG SCHOOL (BORDER POLICE WELFARE)

Abstract

Systems management involves a perspective on the interconnected development of various systems in an organization. Each subsystem works interdependently to achieve a common goal holistically. Ban Ta Ruang School has developed a health-promoting school using the BANTARUANG 4G Model, consisting of the following important processes: 1) Brainstorming: Collecting opinions and information from stakeholders from all sectors; 2) Attitude Development: Promoting positive attitudes toward health care for both teachers and students; 3) Modern Plan Development: Developing a strategic health plan; 4) Team: Building a quality team and fostering collaboration; 5) Goal Setting: Setting short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals; 6) Promoting shared responsibility; 7) Understanding: Creating understanding of work at all levels; 8) Four Good Activities: Good knowledge, good activities, good environment, and good supervision; 9) Network: Building networks to support and exchange health knowledge; and 10) Continuous Growth: Developing the quality of education along with promoting health. Conclusion Applying the systems concept with the OBEC AWARDS at Ban Ta Ruang School is a strategic approach for developing a school to promote health and improve the overall quality of education. Through systematic integration of processes, the school has achieved healthier students, higher academic performance, increased parent and community involvement in health activities, and greater confidence in the school's educational quality development. The school has received numerous national awards and is a model for educational excellence.
