MODERN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN SCHOOLS UNDER DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATION, LOCAL EDUCATION GROUP 5

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were: to study the components of modern educational management in artificial intelligence in schools under Department of Local Administration, Local Education Group 5, and guidelines of modern educational management in artificial intelligence in schools under Department of Local Administration, Local Education Group 5. This research was a mixed-method research. The sample consisted of 265 people, obtained by stratified random sampling, and the qualitative research informants were 2 groups of experts, Group 1 with 7 people and Group 2 with 9 people, using the purposive sampling method. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires, interviews, and an assessment. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, content analysis, and exploratory factor analysis. The research results found that: The components of modern educational management in artificial intelligence in schools under Department of Local Administration, Local Education Group 5, were 6 components follow as: 1) Personnel Potential and Artificial Intelligence Integration, 2) Management of Resources and Budget for Artificial Intelligence Development, 3) Curriculum and Instructional Design for Artificial Intelligence Learning, 4) Promotion and Development of Artificial Intelligence Utilization in Education, 5) Infrastructure and Governance of Artificial Intelligence in Educational Institutions, and 6) Networks and Innovation in Artificial Intelligence for Educational Management; and guidelines for Modern Education Management in Artificial Intelligence consist of: Establishing a modern and sustainable educational ecosystem with a clear direction, comprehensive dimensions, and practical applicability, develop a comprehensive curriculum, enhance knowledge through research, foster motivation, support research and ethics, provide access to resources, continuously develop personnel, and establish collaborative networks to effectively elevate the quality of education.
