Abstract

The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the methods of cultivating para rubber seedlings, 2) to study the problems of para rubber seedlings and 3) to study the guidelines for the development of para rubber seedlings to promote careers in the community. No. 3 Ban Sai Tiam, Prik Subdistrict, Thung Yai District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province by using a qualitative research methodology The sample groups in the research were divided into 2 groups: 1) farmers' groups and 2) farmers' support groups. which a group of farmers namely 10 families of good rubber bands and a group of farmers supporting farmers who support rubber seedlings. to promote additional occupations in the community The researcher selected a specific sample group.
