STUDENT AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRIVATE EDUCATION COMMISSION IN CHACHOENGSAO PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aims 1) to study the status of student affairs administration in the digital age of schools and 2) to study the approaches to student affairs administration in the digital age of schools. The research used a mixed-methodology research. The samples consisted of 28 school administrators under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Chachoengsao Province, purposively selected. The informants were 5 experts in interviews to find approaches to student affairs administration in the digital age, purposively selected. The research instruments included questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis included means, standard deviations, and content analysis. The research results found that 1) the status of student affairs administration in the digital age of schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Chachoengsao Province Overall, the level of practice is at a high level. 2) Guidelines for student affairs management in the digital age of schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Chachoengsao Province in 4 areas: 1.1) Administrators promote a good environment conducive to student learning. 1.2) Organize activities to promote students to have discipline, morality, and ethics towards themselves and society. 1.3) Promote volunteer activities both within the school and the community. 1.4) Create a hygienic environment, monitor and take care of nutrition and sanitation, and create cooperation between the school and people in the community to promote health and hygiene for students. 1.5) Organize activities for students to learn and have a sense of living together in a democratic society, focusing on preventing and correcting inappropriate behaviors of students, and 1.6) Develop ethics, morality, and discipline of students, as well as screen students regularly, know students individually, monitor, assist, and evaluate continuously.
