THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION SUPPLY CHAIN EFFICIENCY, AND HUMAN RESOURCE CAPACITY ON THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF THAI EXPORT BUSINESSES

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to study the degree of influence of the application of digital technology, supply chain efficiency, human resource capacity, and international competitiveness of Thai export businesses, 2) to develop a causal relationship model on the international competitiveness of Thai export businesses. The sample was 400 employees in the Thai Export Business Group, the tools used to collect data, questionnaires, statistics used in research, mean, standard deviation, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis to test and develop causal relationship models. The results showed that the application of digital technology, supply chain efficiency, human resource capacity, and international competitiveness of Thai export businesses were at the highest level. The Causal Relationship Model of International Competitiveness of Thai Export Businesses There is an empirical relationship and consistency and a common component model to strengthen the international competitiveness of Thai businesses. Statistically significant at the level of 0.01 Hypothesis test results Causal factors have a direct positive influence on the international competitiveness of Thai export businesses. The forecast coefficient (R² = 0.89) The international competitiveness of the Thai export business is influenced by all three factors. 89.00 percent, which is considered a high level and empirical findings. The integration of digital technology strategies, supply chain management, and human resource development is key to creating and maintaining a competitive advantage for Thai businesses on the global stage in a sustainable manner.
