CREATIVE LEARNING PROCESS OF BUDDHIST ORIENTED OF LIFE IN THE KORAT ETHNIC GROUP

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) Study the learning process of Buddhist cultural ways in the Korat ethnic group area, 2) To design and manage a creative learning space for Buddhist ways in the Korat ethnic group area, 3) To create a cooperation network for the development of the Korat ethnic group area by using qualitative research methods. The key informants include monks, groups of people in government organizations, community leaders, representatives of the Korat ethnic groups, Tai Korat, Tai Kui, and Tai Yuan, totaling 30 monks/people. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis. The research results found that 1) The learning process of Buddhist culture in the Korat ethnic group area stems from the participation of ethnic groups, temples, communities, and various networks. This reflects the transmission and maintenance of a way of life tied to Buddhism, a religion that is the foundation of Korat society. The results of preserving and promoting this culture have led to local development guidelines. 2) Design and manage a creative learning space for Buddhist culture in the Korat ethnic group area. This creative learning space for Buddhist culture in the Tai Korat ethnic group community is designed to promote the integration of the traditional way of life of the community and Buddhism. It creates activities that align with local identity, linking culture, traditions, and Buddhist principles through the telling of folktales that reflect moral principles and the application of Dhamma in daily life. 3) Establish a collaborative network for the development of the Korat ethnic group area. Networking among various sectors plays an important role in connecting, promoting learning, and preserving cultural heritage by developing the area into a model learning center full of creativity.
