COMMUNITY INNOVATION FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF COMMUNITY ENTREPRENEURS IN SAMUT SAKHON PROVINCE

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are 1) to study the priorities of community innovation factors and sustainability factors of entrepreneurs in Samut Sakhon Province, 2) to study personal factors that affect the sustainability of entrepreneurs in Samut Sakhon Province, and 3) to study community innovations that affect the sustainability of entrepreneurs in Samut Sakhon Province. The study used quantitative research methods, collecting data from a sample of 400 entrepreneurs, questionnaires, and statistics used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that the sample of female respondents aged between 31 and 40 years old had a bachelor's degree in the category of community entrepreneurs in the product production group. The number of members in the group is 6 - 10 people, the number of years of establishment is 4 - 6 years, and the business experience is less than 5 years, more than 5 years. Overall, it was at the highest level (equation = 4.27, S.D. = 0.266) The results of the hypothesis test showed that different types of entrepreneurs resulted in statistically significant differences in operational sustainability at the level of 0.05. In addition, external support has a statistically significant positive influence on sustainability at the level of 0.01, which is an important guideline for relevant agencies to use to promote stable growth of the foundational economy.
