ความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนระเบียบศึกษา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนระเบียบศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในโรงเรียนระเบียบศึกษา การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ประชากรสำหรับการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนระเบียบศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนระเบียบศึกษา และมีการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ จำนวน 59 คน และการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) สำหรับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 11 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนระเบียบศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด เรียงจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ หลักคุณธรรม หลักความคุ้มค่า หลักนิติธรรม และหลักความรับผิดชอบ ส่วนด้านที่มีระดับความพึงพอใจมาก ได้แก่ หลักความโปร่งใส และหลักความมีส่วนร่วม 2.ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในโรงเรียนระเบียบศึกษา โดยกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาที่พบจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกซึ่งสามารถจำแนกออกมาเป็น 6 ด้าน รวมทั้งหมด 16 แนวทาง
