Educational Personnel’s Satisfaction With School Administration Based On The Principles Of Good Governance At Rabiabsuksa School

The objectives of this research were to examine the level of satisfaction of educational personnel with school administration based on the principles of good governance at Rabiabsuksa School, and to investigate the problems and recommendations related to educational personnel’s satisfaction with school administration based on the principles of good governance at Rabiabsuksa School.A mixed-methods research design was employed. The target population consisted of the educational personnel at Rabiabsuksa School. For the quantitative phase, a sample of 59 participants was selected using simple random sampling. For the qualitative phase, 11 key informants were selected through purposive sampling, comprising the school director, deputy directors, assistant administrators, and teachers. The research instruments utilized were a questionnaire and an in-depth interview guide. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as content analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1. The overall level of satisfaction of educational personnel with school administration based on the principles of good governance at Rabiabsuksa School was at the highest level. When considering individual aspects, the principles rated at the highest level of satisfaction, ranked in descending order, were morality, value for money, rule of law, and accountability. Meanwhile, the principles rated at a high level of satisfaction were transparency and participation. 2. The problems and suggestions regarding educational personnel’s satisfaction with school administration based on The principles of Good Governance at Rabiabsuksa School, as identified through in-depth interviews, could be categorized into six dimensions, resulting in a total of sixteen suggested approaches for improvement.
