Aims
The School of Law, Sripatum University, publishes the Sripatum Law Review Journal as an academic journal is intended for students, lecturers, researchers, and scholars both within and outside the institution. It aims to disseminate academic works in the form of academic articles and research articles, thereby promoting and supporting the dissemination of knowledge in the field of law and related social sciences. The journal is published for academic circulation and public interest, with the ultimate goal of elevating its status to a nationally and internationally recognized academic journal.

Scope
The Sripatum Law Review Journal

Accepts academic articles and research papers in both Thai and English. The journal's academic scope covers the field of law as well as related disciplines in the social sciences, including political science, public administration, and sociology.

Article Submission and Publication Fees
The Sripatum Law Review Journal, School of Law, Sripatum University, does not charge any submission or publication fees.

All published manuscripts are checked for academic accuracy. By experts (Peer Review) using the Semi-Blind Peer Review format, only in the field of law and social sciences. which are outsiders from various institutions, totaling 3 people

Note on Blind Peer Review
Blind Peer Review means that the identities and any related information (including institutional affiliations) of reviewers must not be disclosed. If disclosure is necessary, the editorial board must comply with at least two of the following measures:

1. Clearly state on the journal's website that a Semi-Blind Peer Review process is used, wherein partial information, such as the reviewer’s name or institutional affiliation, may be disclosed.

2. Obtain written consent from the reviewers at the time of invitation to review the article.
