Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The manuscript must be at least 30-35 pages long, as it will be A5 paper format (including references) and printed on one side of paper. Thai language uses TH SarabunPSK font. Set the page size to have 1.5 cm top, left, right, and bottom margins. Set the line spacing to 1 and leave a line between each paragraph. The presentation of figures and tables must be presented clearly with figure numbers indicated below and printed in bold, such as Table 1 and Figure 1. The figures presented must contain complete and understandable details without having to refer back to the text. Indicate the order of each figure to be consistent with the content in the manuscript. The description must be concise and consistent with the figures presented.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Instructions for Authors             
          Articles submitted for publication must not have been published or are under consideration by qualified persons for publication in other journals. Authors must strictly comply with the criteria for submitting academic or research articles for publication in the journal, including the reference system that must be in accordance with the journal's criteria. 
          The views and opinions expressed in articles in the journal are the responsibility of the authors of the articles and are not considered the views and responsibilities of the journal's editorial team. Authors must also take into account research ethics and not violate or copy the work of others as their own. The journal has set the duplication of work, CopyCatch program, Thaijo website at a level of no more than 20%.                Authors must check the completeness of the article according to the instructions for authors. If the rules are not followed The journal editors reserve the right to reject publication as follows:
          1. The article has more than 20% duplication
          2. The author does not comply with the journal format
          3. The article has not been reviewed by qualified persons or
          4. The article is not revised according to the suggestions within the specified time frame (15 days after receiving the suggestions)

Manuscript preparation
          1) The manuscript must be at least 30-35 pages long, as it will be A5 paper format (including references), printed on a single page. Thai language uses the TH SarabunPSK font. Set the page size with a top, left, right, and bottom margin of 1.5 centimeters, set the line spacing to 1, and leave a line between each paragraph. Presentation of figures and tables must be presented with clear images and numbers at the bottom, printed in bold, such as Table 1 and Figure 1. The presented figures must contain complete and understandable information without having to go back and read the text again. The order of each figure must be consistent with the content in the manuscript. The description must be concise and consistent with the presented figure. 
          2) The title must be in Thai and English, printed in the center of the first page. 
          3) The author’s name in both Thai and English, indicating the name of the organization or unit. 
          4) There must be an abstract in Thai and English, not exceeding 300 words. 
          5) Specify keywords in both Thai and English (3-5 words). 
          6) Arrangement of topics The largest topic must be printed flush with the left margin. Sub-topic must be spaced 3-5 characters away from the main topic. The 6th character and the sub-topic must be of the same size. They must be typed in the same order. When starting the main topic Should leave an additional 0.5 line spacing
          7) Use of numbers, abbreviations and parentheses Should use all Arabic numerals Use only international abbreviations (specify the full words first) English parentheses Should be used as follows (Student centered learning)
 
Research articles should be arranged as follows:
          1) Abstract
          2) Keywords Specify no more than 3-5 words according to the title of the article Separated by a semicolon; both Thai and English
          3) Introduction State the importance of the research problem, conceptual framework and specify the research objectives
          4) Objective
          5) Literature review The writing should explain the results of the search for documents, articles, and various related research to demonstrate “Knowledge gap” that has not been considered
          6) Research Methodology: Specify the research design, sample acquisition and sample size determination, research instruments, data collection methods, and data analysis. 
          7) Research Results: Present the results found in accordance with the research objectives in a clear order. Should be presented in the form of tables or charts. 
          8) Discussion: Present in an essay, pointing out the connections between the research results and the conceptual framework and past research. Should be discussed in points, pointing out the connections between all the studied variables. 
          9) New knowledge: Specify the knowledge obtained as a result of the research, through synthesis, in the form of charts, diagrams, or concept maps, along with concise explanations. Easy to understand
          10) Conclusion: State the important conclusions
          11) Suggestions: Present 2 issues:
          - Suggestions from research
          - Suggestions for future research
          12) References: Must be a list that is referenced both in the text and in the references at the end of the article.
 
Academic articles Arrange them in the following order:
          1. Abstract
          2. Keywords
          3. Introduction
          4. Objectives
          5. Content
          6. New Knowledge
          7. Conclusion
          8. Suggestions
          9. References
 
Reference system
          References use the APA7 system for no less than 15 volumes. The articles in the Sripathum Law Journal use English references throughout the volume. Therefore, in the case of Thai references, please translate them into English.

          References in the article content
For references in the content of the article, use the author-date style by specifying the author's name, surname, year of publication, followed by the text to be cited, such as (Chansongpol, 2020). If the author's name is part of the article, only the year of publication is given in parentheses, such as Chansongpol (2020).
