Advance Notice Regarding Article Publication Fees
To ensure that authors submitting manuscripts for consideration and publication are adequately informed and able to make the necessary preparations for manuscript submission, Sripatum Law Journal would like to provide advance notice that the journal currently does not charge any article publication fees.
However, Sripatum Law Journal will begin charging article publication fees from Volume 13, Issue 1 (B.E. 2571 / 2028) onwards, according to the following rates:
- Research Articles / Academic Articles in Thai: THB 5,000 per article
- Research Articles / Academic Articles in English: THB 6,000 per article
- The journal will charge the publication fee only once, after the manuscript has passed the preliminary quality screening by the Editorial Board and the author has been officially notified through the ThaiJO system.
- The date on which the author pays the publication fee shall be regarded as the Received Date of the manuscript by the journal.
- If a manuscript does not pass the evaluation for publication, or if the author requests to withdraw the manuscript after payment of the publication fee, the journal reserves the right not to refund the publication fee under any circumstances.
- Sripatum Law Journal does not offer an expedited or Fast Track review/publication service and does not charge any fees for such services under any circumstances.
Sripatum Law Journal is committed to conducting its operations in accordance with the standards of the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI), with due regard for transparency, fairness, accountability, and academic integrity. Manuscripts are evaluated without consideration of the authors’ personal relationships with the journal or any individuals involved in the publication process. The journal treats all authors fairly and equally throughout the review and publication process.
