Article Review Criteria
Peer Review Criteria
1. The editorial board will conduct an initial quality assessment based on the manuscript submission self-checklist submitted by the author along with supporting documents. The article must also pass plagiarism checking using the CopyCatch program in the Thaijo system.
2. Manuscripts that have passed the format review will be screened by the editorial board to select three qualified peer reviewers with relevant research experience and no conflict of interest with the author. The review will be conducted confidentially through a double-binding peer review process.
3. Articles approved by the peer reviewers will have their status recorded, and the author will be notified of the review result. The author will then be required to revise the manuscript and/or submit the complete manuscript for publication. The final manuscript will be received upon completion of the review process. 4. The editorial board will notify authors of their acceptance of publication in writing, specifying the year and issue of publication.
4. If an author wishes to withdraw their work from publication, they must notify the editor in writing only to the "Editor of the Sripatum Law Journal".
5. For articles that are not accepted, the editorial board will notify the author in writing without returning the manuscript. The decision is final, and authors have no right to appeal or make any further claims.
Furthermore, if an author's article is rejected due to plagiarism (lack of source attribution) or violation of public ethics, they will not be allowed to resubmit the same article, and the editorial board reserves the right to prohibit the author from submitting the article in subsequent issues until the article's quality is improved according to the established criteria.
