Abstract

Innovation is the practical implementation of a new method after it has been tried or developed as a process. The respective steps of innovation are invention, development, and practical implementation. Educational administration innovation in the digital era and sustainable development are the same. They need to bring a new method to improve their organizations and apply innovation according to its process, method, and procedure in order to be in accordance with their organizational context, to meet their development goals, and to continue their work systematically. It is an absolute necessity to apply information technology  in all aspects of management in the digital era. This will increase work efficiency and effectiveness as a result.  The principle of educational management innovations application needs to be performed simultaneously with sustainable development. It is able to link related organizations and agencies both within and outside of the school. This affects the life quality enhancement of the personnel within the school and also the service recipients from the school, such as students, parents, and communities. The effect contributes to society, which will then lead the country’s population to have a standard of living and a happy life with sustainable development.
