นวัตกรรมการบริหารการศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลกับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

นวัตกรรม เป็นการนำวิธีการใหม่มาปฏิบัติหลังจากผ่านการทดลองหรือได้รับการพัฒนามาเป็นกระบวนการแล้ว โดยมีขั้นตอนตามลำดับ คือ การคิดค้น การพัฒนา และนำไปปฏิบัติจริง เช่นเดียวกับนวัตกรรมการบริหารการศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลกับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ที่เป็นการนำวิธีการใหม่มาปรับปรุง ประยุกต์ตามกระบวนการ วิธีการ ขั้นตอนให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพบริบทขององค์กร ตรงตามเป้าหมายในการพัฒนา และต่อยอดการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ รวมถึงความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งยวดในการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาปรับใช้ในทุกส่วนของการบริหารในยุคดิจิทัลที่จะส่งผลให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผลของการทำงาน โดยหลักการในการประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรมการบริหารการศึกษานั้นจำเป็นต้องควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงและเกี่ยวเนื่องกับองค์กรและหน่วยงาน ทั้งภายใน และภายนอกสถานศึกษา ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรภายในสถานศึกษา ผู้รับบริการจากสถานศึกษา อาทิ นักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง ชุมชน และยังผลสู่สังคม ส่งผลต่อประชากรภายในประเทศให้มีมาตรฐาน และมีความสุขในการดำรงชีวิตการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
