การพัฒนาซอฟต์สกิลของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา

ซอฟต์สกิลเป็นทักษะสำคัญในการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคม เป็นพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกผ่านคำพูด สีหน้า ท่าทาง เด็กส่วนมากมักจะเรียนรู้ผ่านการสังเกตและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น ซึ่งบทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะซอฟต์สกิลสำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา เนื่องจากเป็นช่วงวัยที่เริ่มเรียนรู้สิ่งต่าง ๆ จากสิ่งแวดล้อมนอกบ้าน มีความใฝ่รู้และพยายามกระทำสิ่งต่าง ๆ ให้ประสบความสำเร็จ
จากการศึกษาค้นพบว่าแนวทางการพัฒนาซอฟต์สกิลของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา จำเป็นต้องเข้าใจบริบทและประยุกต์ให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้เป็นผู้สร้าง (active) เรียนรู้วิธีการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น มีความเข้าใจธรรมชาติที่แตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล ซึ่งทักษะเหล่านี้มีความจำเป็นต่อการดำรงชีวิตในโลกปัจจุบันเป็นอย่างมาก เปรียบเสมือนการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้ใหญ่ หากได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างจริงจังจะสามารถทำให้เด็กเติบโตไปเป็นผู้ใหญ่ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็งของประเทศ
จากบทความนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ให้ผู้เรียนได้มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ กับผู้อื่นเพื่อให้เกิดการทำงานร่วมกัน จนเกิดเป็นองค์ความรู้รูปแบบใหม่ที่นอกเหนือจากสิ่งที่อยู่ในตำราเรียน สามารถใช้ชีวิตในสังคมหมู่มากได้อย่างมีความสุข
