1. Manuscripts should be submitted via the online manuscript submission system at https://sotci-thaijo.org/index.php/cpsj_psu.
2. The manuscripts submitted to a journal first go through an initial screening by the editorial team to check whether its content and layout conforms with the CPSJ’s requirements. The manuscripts that do not adhere to the guidelines will be returned to the author for revision before the peer review process is undertaken.
3. If approved, they are then forward to the relevant experts for a double - blinded review process (3 anonymous reviewers per one manuscript). Both the reviewer and author identities are kept hidden.
4. Once the peer review is completed, all the reviewers send the journal a detailed report with their comments on the manuscripts and their recommendations. Then the editorial team will consider the reviewers’ comments again before notifying the authors.
4.1 If the manuscripts do not pass, the authors will be notified, and the review process ends.
4.2 If the manuscripts pass with some additional revisions, the author will be notified to revise.
5. After the manuscripts are revised according to the reviewers’ comments and recommendations from the editorial team, resubmit them via the online submission system.
6. Upon resubmission, the revised manuscripts will be checked again.
6.1 In the event that the revised manuscripts have some mistakes, the authors will be notified to revise again until they are qualified.
6.2 In the event that the revised manuscripts are qualified, the acceptance letters will be sent to the authors.
To meet the editorial criteria and standards for publication, CPSJ has the right for data and format revisions as well as for rejection or acceptance of the given manuscripts at all stage.
