ทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของนักบัญชี

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักบัญชี และ 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบอิทธิพลของทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ต่อคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของนักบัญชี โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักบัญชีของสำนักงานบัญชีในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 265 คน โดยใช้ตารางการสุ่มของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 และเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิและการกำหนดสัดส่วน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยหพุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักบัญชี อยู่ในระดับสูง (M=3.66, SD=0.71) 2) ทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของนักบัญชีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และร่วมกันพยากรณ์คุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของนักบัญชีได้ร้อยละ 88.8 (APQ = .229TEC + .141COM + .178ANA + .116ADA + .118BUS + .156STR + .074MUL + .110CRE) ข้อค้นพบสามารถให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับความสำคัญของทักษะเหล่านี้ในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของนักบัญชีในภูมิทัศน์ธุรกิจ
