THE GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER KHON KAEN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

The purpose of this research was to study the leadership development guidelines in the new normal era of school administrators affiliated to the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office, District 3 by studying 121 school administrators and 198 teachers, a total of 319 students from 117 schools under the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office, District 3 using a simple sampling. Collect data with structured interviews. Analyze data with percentages, frequencies, averages, and standard deviations.
The results of the research show that: 1) The current condition of the leadership in the new normal era of school administrators affiliated to the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office, District 3 as a whole is at a high level ( = 3.10) and when considered individually, it is found that all aspects are at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value is the aspect of listening to opinions from stakeholders ( = 3.40) The desirable condition of the new normal era leadership of school administrators affiliated to the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office, District 3 is the highest level as a whole and when considered individually, it is found that all aspects are at the highest level ( = 4.96), the aspect with the highest average value is the adjustment of teaching and learning style ( = 4.98) and the order of needs for the development of new normal era leadership of school administrators. Affiliated to the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office, District 3, the necessary needs are sorted in descending order, including the adjustment of teaching and learning styles. 2) Guidelines for the development of leadership in the new normal era of school administrators under the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office, District 3, with a total of 17 guidelines. It is appropriate and feasible to be used as a guideline for the development of the new normal era leadership of school administrators. Affiliated to the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office, District 3 as a whole is the most suitable. It has an average value of 4.97 and the probability is at the highest level. The average value is 4.83 respectively.
