Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the leadership of school administrators, 2) study the implementation process of the teacher student care system, and 3) study the relationship between school administrators' leadership and the implementation process of the teacher student care system. This quantitative research used a population of 2,668 respondents and a sample of 338 teachers under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The questionnaire was used as the research instrument, with a reliability level of 0.991. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze data, including percentages, means, standard deviations, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The results revealed that most respondents were female, 41 years of age or older, had more than 10 years of work experience, and worked in extra-large schools. The overall leadership of school administrators was good (mean 4.40). The highest score was appropriate role modeling, followed by clear vision statement, individual support for followers, support for group goal acceptance, and intellectual stimulation. The lowest score was high performance expectation. The student care system operation process of teachers was at a good level (average 4.42). The highest level was student screening, followed by prevention and problem solving, knowing students individually, developing and promoting students, and the lowest level was referral. The relationship analysis revealed that the leadership of school administrators and the student care system operation process of teachers had a moderately positive relationship (r = .608, p < .001). The administrators' suggestions emphasize developing teachers' performance, encouraging teachers to see problem solving approaches, promoting teamwork, and setting clear policies for student referrals.
