การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการลดระดับความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองและความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนเพื่อสร้างเกราะป้องกันให้คนในชุมชน กรณีศึกษา : ชุมชนเขตดินแดง กรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้วาทกรรมสร้างความเกลียดชังและความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ 2) ศึกษาระดับการลดความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองและการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในชุมชน และ 3) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้วาทกรรมสร้างความเกลียดชังและความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลกับการลดความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองและการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในชุมชนของประชาชนในเขตดินแดง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตดินแดงที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปและใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เป็นประจำ จำนวน 400 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประชาชนมีการรับรู้วาทกรรมสร้างความเกลียดชังผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และมีความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สะท้อนถึงการรับรู้ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองและการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลอย่างเหมาะสม 2) การลดความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง และการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมาก ประชาชนให้ความสำคัญกับการเคารพความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่าง และการอยู่ร่วมกันในชุมชนอย่างสันติแม้มีความคิดเห็นทางการเมืองที่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) การรับรู้วาทกรรมสร้างความเกลียดชังและความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับต่ำกับการลดความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองและการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แสดงว่าปัจจัยทั้งสองมีส่วนสนับสนุนการส่งเสริมความปรองดองและความเชื่อมั่นในชุมชน แม้ผลการวิจัยจะแตกต่างจากสมมติฐานที่คาดว่าจะมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบ
