กรอบแนวคิดการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ชีวภาพฮาลาลจากของ เสียโรงเชือดสัตว์ปีกภายใต้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน

บทคัดย่อ
การเพิ่มขึ้นของขยะพลาสติกจากปิโตรเลียมและของเสียจากโรงเชือดสัตว์ปีกเป็นประเด็นสำคัญ ด้านความยั่งยืน บรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติกชีวภาพจากวัสดุชีวภาพหมุนเวียนจึงได้รับความสนใจในฐานะทางเลือกภายใต้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนและระบบอาหารที่ยั่งยืน โดยของเสียจากโรงเชือดสัตว์ปีก เช่น ขน ผิวหนัง คอลลาเจน และเคราติน มีศักยภาพในการเพิ่มมูลค่าเป็นวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ชีวภาพที่ย่อยสลายได้ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ด้านความยั่งยืนฮาลาล เศรษฐกิจชีวภาพหมุนเวียน การเพิ่มมูลค่าของเสีย และบรรจุภัณฑ์ชีวภาพ เพื่อพัฒนา Halal Bioplastic Packaging Framework การศึกษานี้ใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงบรรยายและเชิงแนวคิด (Narrative and Conceptual Literature Review) โดยสืบค้นจากฐานข้อมูล Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect และ Google Scholar ในช่วง ค.ศ. 2015 - 2026 ด้วยคำค้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ halal packaging, poultry slaughterhouse waste, keratin, collagen, bioplastic, biodegradable packaging, circular economy และ sustainable food system จากนั้นคัดเลือกเอกสารที่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และสังเคราะห์ด้วย Thematic Content Synthesis ผลการทบทวนพบ 5 ประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) ขน เคราติน ผิวหนัง และคอลลาเจนมีศักยภาพเป็นวัตถุดิบชีวภาพมูลค่าเพิ่ม 2) การแปรรูปของเสียเป็นบรรจุภัณฑ์สนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน 3) วัสดุชีวภาพมีศักยภาพลดการพึ่งพาพลาสติกจากฟอสซิลและผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม 4) บรรจุภัณฑ์ฮาลาลต้องควบคุมความสอดคล้องตามหลักฮาลาลตลอดห่วงโซ่คุณค่า และ 5) การบูรณาการ Halalan Tayyiban เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน ESG และความยั่งยืน สามารถนำไปสู่กรอบแนวคิดบรรจุภัณฑ์ฮาลาลที่ครอบคลุมมิติศาสนา สิ่งแวดล้อม เศรษฐกิจ และสังคม ซึ่งสามารถใช้เป็นพื้นฐานสำหรับการวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ การประเมินวัฏจักรชีวิต และการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ฮาลาลอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต
