There are no publication fees.
The Sripatum Law Journal will begin charging publication fees for articles starting from Volume 13 (Issue 1), 2028 onwards. The details are as follows:
- Research articles/Academic articles in Thai: 5,000 baht/article
- Research articles/Academic articles in English: 6,000 baht/article

This applies from March 1, 2026 onwards.
The Sripatum Law Journal has adopted the APA7 citation style. All articles in the journal now use English citations. Therefore, for Thai-language citations, please translate them into English. Authors can check the citation format at Reference format
This will take effect from March 1, 2026 onwards.
Because the journal is developing its process to be included in the TCI database for academic journal quality assessment, there are currently no publication fees charged for any articles.
