The Factors Affecting the Efficiency of Communication in Project Management: A Case Study of Federation of Accounting Professions Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King

This research aimed to investigate the factors impacting communication efficiency in project management and to compare opinions on these factors at the Federation of Accounting Professions under the royal patronage of his Majesty the King. Data was collected from 76 personnel using questionnaires, and descriptive statistics were utilized, frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, as well as hypothesis testing with independent sample T-test and one-way discriminative analysis of variance (F-test). The study found that overall, Communication was deemed crucial in all aspects of the project, with the communication channel receiving the highest average score, followed by the content of the message, messenger, receiver, and disturbance in transmission. In addition, it was found that the personal characteristics factors in terms of gender, age, position level, work experience were different. Affecting the efficiency of communication in the project is no different. Except in terms of education that affect communication efficiency in project management differs significantly at the 0.05 level.
