Guidelines on Development of Academic Leadership in Digital Age of School Administrators in Wang Bot - Bo Thai Academic Development Center based on the Four Noble Truths under Phetchabun

This research aims to (1) study the academic leadership in the digital era of school administrators in the Wang Bost - Bo Thai Academic Development Center, Phetchabun Province, (2) examine the development of academic leadership in the digital era based on the Four Noble Truths among school administrators in the same academic center, and (3) propose strategies for developing digital skills based on The Four Noble Truths to enhance academic leadership in the digital era. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, collecting data through questionnaires from 124 respondents. Statistical analysis includes mean, standard deviation, and content analysis from interviews with 12 experts. The research findings are as follows: 1. The overall level of academic leadership in the digital era among school administrators in the Wang Bost - Bo Thai Academic Development Center is high, with an average score of 4.38 and a standard deviation of 0.36. Key findings include: (1) a clear vision in utilizing technology for learning development (mean = 4.50, SD = 0.54), (2) digital technology enhancing management and operational efficiency in academic leadership roles (mean = 4.49, SD = 0.59), (3) the use of digital technology for communication and coordination within institutions (mean = 4.43, SD = 0.61), (4) support for personnel development through digital technology (mean = 4.43, SD = 0.57), and (5) emphasis on developing analytical and problem-solving skills in the digital era (mean = 4.43, SD = 0.62). 2. The development of academic leadership in the digital era based on the Four Noble Truths among school administrators in the Wang Bost - Bo Thai Academic Development Center includes: (1) digital vision, (2) digital networking for academic collaboration, (3) utilizing digital technology for learning, (4) effective communication skills, and (5) personnel development. 3. The proposed strategies for developing academic leadership in the digital era based on the Four Noble Truths among school administrators in the Wang Bost - Bo Thai Academic Development Center are: (1) enhancing technology skills for administrators, encouraging study visits to model schools, and creating digital strategic plans for educational institutions, (2) establishing a centralized online platform for knowledge exchange, such as Cloud systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS), and promoting administrator and teacher participation in digital networks, (3) providing teacher training on technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and e-learning, and supporting online platforms like Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams, (4) promoting the use of digital communication tools within schools, such as LINE, Facebook Workplace, or chatbots for student interaction, and (5) encouraging digital training in areas like coding, data analytics, and the use of digital platforms for teaching, along with appointing technology advisors in schools.
