Abstract
Learning management in the globalization in the 21st century and there are still various situations the unexpected happened it is essential that educational institutions must be prepared to deal with such situations. That will affect learning management school administrators are therefore important to learning management.
The purposes of this study were to study the : 1) Lever of integrated leadership of the school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Nakhon Ratchasima, 2) Lever of learning management of the school under the secondary educational service area office Nakhon Ratchasima, 3) Relationships between integrated leadership of the school administrators continue learning management of the school under the secondary educational service area office Nakhon Ratchasima, 4) Integrated leadership of the school administrators that affect learning management of the school under the secondary educational service area office Nakhon Ratchasima. This study is survey research. The samples research were teacher altogether 350 in the secondary educational service area office Nakhon Ratchasima. The research tool was a questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze data by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research were as follows : 1) Integrated leadership of the school administrators. Overall, is at high level. 2) Learning management of the school. Overall, is at high level. 3) Integrated leadership of the school administrators relationships between learning management of the school under the secondary educational service area office Nakhon Ratchasima. Relationships. between overall is at high level.4) Integrated leadership of the school administrators that affect learning management of the school under the secondary educational service area office Nakhon Ratchasima. Level of statistical significance was found at .01 is leadership traits, quality management and level of statistical significance was found at .05 is inspiration, participation management.
