Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current state, desirable state and need assessment for moral and ethics of students schools under Surin primary educational service area office 3. 2) study development guideline for moral and ethics of students schools under Surin primary educational service area office 3. The research process was divided to 2 phases: Phase 1 ; study the current state, desirable state and need assessment for moral and ethics of students schools. The sample group used in the research was administrators and teachers, 322 people. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. Phase 2; to study development guideline for moral and ethics of students schools. The target groups include 2 school for visiting best practices and 5 experts. The research instrument were interview form and assessment form for assess suitability possibility of guideline. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation.
The research results were found that
1. The current state in overall was high average and the desirable state in overall was in the highest level. The need analysis for school management rank from high to low level was 1) responsibility 2) discipline 3) sacrifice 4) honesty 5) tolerance 6) sufficiency
2. Development guideline for moral and ethics of students schools, Include, 1) Responsibility towards oneself, family, education and society 2) practice for school rules 3) cooperation or helping school work 4) honesty in work 5) effort in work 6) savings.
